Success Thought of the Day – 7/6/21

Great questions bring about great change. – James Rosseau, Sr.

We naturally want the solutions to our challenges. However, the most meaningful answers often lie within us. The internal work is typically more significant than the external find.

When working on projects, some questions come to my mind that provoke me to go deeper. I’ve collected these over the years from conversations with mentors and colleagues.

Some examples include:
– What is the smallest amount of change you can make to the smallest amount of people to make the largest impact?
– What will be your footprints in the snow? (meaning, what will be the proof that you were here)
– Are your antennas up? (meaning, are you truly paying attention to what is happening around you, the spoken and unspoken).
– Will it be OTOBOS (On time, on budget, on scope)?

Develop and hold on to powerful questions that allow you to go deeper within your work.
