The Corelink Solution is a non-profit organization that exists to revitalize communities through programs that empower people to reach their potential.

The Corelink Solution was founded in 2001 by James Rosseau (Trig). The company has a “head and heart” mission focused on community revitalization through learning and cultural enrichment. It provides learning programs through The Corelink Solution brand and faith-based media through Holy Culture, including Holy Culture Radio, which reaches more than 5 million listeners on its SiriusXM channel 154.

The Corelink Solution was founded and is led by James Rosseau, Sr, known by many as “Trig.” James is a transformational leader with a track record of results and a diverse set of executive experiences on both sides of the P&L across several industries, including insurance, healthcare, and financial services.

Max Goldman

Holy Culture Radio Operations Manager

Max leads the Holy Culture Radio operations. Max joined the team in early 2022, after several years of progressive work at iHeart Radio in Philadelphia and Philly’s Favor 100/7 FM.

Jananya Harrington

Digital Content and Projects Manager

J. Harrington is a freelance writer and military spouse. At the age of 11, she gave her life to Christ and has served faithfully in various ministry roles within the last 8 years. She is using her talents to further God’s kingdom as she raises two young daughters.

Lynn is a seasoned and innovative sales executive specializing in digital media and marketing with over 20 years of experience with a demonstrated history of driving sales growth, developing key relationships, and leading successful campaigns across diverse digital platforms.
