The Corelink Solution was founded in 2001 by James Rosseau (Trig). The company has a “head and heart” mission focused on community revitalization through learning and cultural enrichment. It provides learning programs through The Corelink Solution brand and faith-based media through Holy Culture, including Holy Culture Radio, which reaches more than 5 million listeners on its SiriusXM channel 154.

James Rosseau, Sr.
Chief Executive OfficerJames, known by many as “Trig,” is the founder and CEO of The Corelink Solution (TCS), which operates the TCS brand and the Holy Culture brand. With over 20 years of leadership experience in various industries, including insurance, healthcare, and finance, James Rosseau skillfully assembles and leads high-performance teams. Before pursuing his entrepreneurial endeavors, he held different executive positions with JPMorgan Chase, Allstate, and LegalShield.
Max Goldman
Holy Culture Radio Operations ManagerMax leads the Holy Culture Radio operations. Max joined the team in early 2022, after several years of progressive work at iHeart Radio in Philadelphia and Philly’s Favor 100/7 FM.
Shirquille Sande
Program AssistantShirquille Sande is a Programs Assistant who helps in the daily content and social media management activities of HolyCulture. Before The Corelink Solution, Shirquille was an IT support and Data Admin in various companies. Shirquille joined HolyCulture in 2019. Shirquille enjoys Swimming and Coding.
