The moments in leadership that I have most regretted were when I stood by when my gut told me that something was not right and I needed to act.

Conversely, the moments I am most proud of are those when I took risks. Going against the grain of popular opinion is not the goal; being true to yourself is the goal.

Success Thought of the Day – 6/21/21

If you get the pennies right, you’ll get the nickels right.  So goes the dimes, quarters, singles, fives, tens, the twenties, and more.  It is a cumulative effect.  Not just monetarily, but how you think about the value of the ingredients to building anything.

Success Thought of the Day – 6/10/21

I love watching game shows like “Name that Tune.” I can’t help but find myself getting wrapped up in the game, playing alongside the contestants. The song starts, and within seconds, someone guesses the song out loud while the rest of us exclaim, “I knew it!” It is a lot of fun.
