Writers often start with the final chapter, creating the captivating ending first and then working their way backward. The end typically highlights the realization of the character’s vision.
Going through our peaks and valleys is part of the journey, but the context is different when you know how the story ends. Focus upon being in tune with your final chapter.
Opportunities are birthed out of addressing a need that people have, and many times people will not express that they have a need, they simply work around it. Thus, don’t wait to be asked to solve a problem. Be someone who identifies and takes the initiative to solve problems.
Big problems need big problem solvers and results in significant opportunities realized.
Trust that you are always in a position to help someone. Even when you’re feeling down, if you reach down, there is someone you could be pulling up. That act will re-energize you.
The fact is there will be obstacles. Be prepared. Break-through, hurdle, go around or take another course of action. The key is preparation and mindset as obstacles, in and of themselves, are inevitable.
Material and sustained change starts on the inside. It is an internal journey followed by an outward expression.
As you endeavor to grow, continuously challenge yourself to look directly at that part of yourself that twitches under examination and demand more.If you know what you are after is worth it, don’t count how many drops it will take to get to your river nor your sea. Instead, take in everything along the journey!
It almost reminds you of the old TV Commercial, “how many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll pop?” My suggestion is don’t count!

Moving about without clear goals is similar to wandering through the wilderness without a map or compass. However, there is good news. Goals can be re-affirmed or established at any time.
Admittedly, there are many things outside of our control. However, clarity of purpose and aligned goals are not. Commit to having that clarity in your life.
