I recently spent some time with Will Adams, an award-winning D&I innovator, engineering trailblazer, and philanthropist. He was named the first Technical Advisor to Microsoft’s CTO, Kevin Scott. Further, he is one of the first Black entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. So, I was interested in picking his brain on several topics.

During our conversation, he shares his insights on the wealth gap for African Americans and how to approach closing it, the substance versus the varnish of Web 3.0, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and execution, and practical tips for breaking into the technology field.
