As I countdown towards my fiftieth birthday, I have found this quote to be so befitting. We are blessed with faith, family, health, experiences, and much more. Considering where I began, I would have never expected it.

To continue to help and be a blessing to others is what it’s about for me. And sure, who couldn’t use a new toy of some sort for their birthday, but my desires are few. 🙂

Success Thought of the Day – 6/24/21

The moments in leadership that I have most regretted were when I stood by when my gut told me that something was not right and I needed to act.

Conversely, the moments I am most proud of are those when I took risks. Going against the grain of popular opinion is not the goal; being true to yourself is the goal.

As you work a gig, which is not a bad thing by any measure, if full time, you’ll work at least 2,000 hours a hear. Be sure to ask how many hours you will invest in yourself. James Rosseau, Sr.
