Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. - Thomas Edison

For many, this is the end of week three for chasing a new set of inspired goals!   Sometimes, it is around this point, that the excitement begins to wear off a bit.  It’s similar to having purchased that new car and then paying the first note.  New undertakings such as walking into the gym at 5 AM don’t feel quite as inspired as they did during the first week.

Hold tight and Press on!  You are in the process of creating a new habit and behavior and studies have shown that it takes upwards of two months to do so.  Consider that your interim goal – a new habit and behavior, and you can do it!

Have a great day!
