Success Thought of the Day – 1/24/22

We are "they"

When we allow ourselves to see the big “we,” the game changes. However, our initial reaction to problems often prevents that. Two practices can create a shift.

1) Discuss, don’t divide. We have more in common than we know. Getting to that commonplace sets the stage for solving problems together.
2) Attack problems, not people. Focus on the issue, starting from that commonplace and assuming positive intent.

As you shift problems to collaborative opportunities, you create a rallying point. From there, anything is possible.
