When we consider our favorite heroes in films and the stories that play out before us, what often moves us is just that.  It was not only that they defeated a common enemy, but they faced a more intimate and internal battle.

The first step is to acknowledge it and name it for what it is, whatever it is.  From there, you can begin to put together a plan to face it and overcome it.
