Tough words from a tough lady!

I would draw your attention to the word “build.”  Do not wait for a transformative moment for you to have explosive growth in your career and life.  Take action and build.  If you’re stuck in finding your passion, take action and through experimentation, you will learn what you like, don’t like and where to go from there.
