When change happens, we operate in one of three spaces: the circle of control, the circle of influence, or the circle of concern. Our greatest point of leverage lies within our circle of control, followed by our circle of influence. Thus, the best strategy is to expand those to overtake the circle of concern.

Does that mean we ignore the circle of concern? Absolutely not. However, it does mean that we choose where to direct our primary energy. Expand your circles!
