Altruism: the belief in or practice of disinterested and selfless concern for the well-being of others. Creative: relating to or involving the imagination or original ideas, especially in the production of an artistic work.

Imagine a massive group of people imaginatively working towards the well-being of others.  Marinate on that for a second.  What could that yield for the current and future generations?
