Why the “annoyance” of a good example?

Another word for annoyance is irritation.  An irritant creates discomfort, and discomfort demands attention.

If you want to deliver good examples, as a communicator, tell stories.  Good examples live inside of great stories.  Great stories combine facts, context, and emotion, all of which are needed for a memorable message.
