Leadership takes work but can be simplified to three Big Ps.

Purpose: Have a clear one for the organization and be sure you can communicate it well.

People: Hire people you know (rapport), like (can work with), and trust (they deliver on their commitments). Continuously invest in evolving all three dimensions.

Processes: Ensure everyone knows the big three: the business model (how you make money), the operating model (how work gets done), the governance model (how decisions flow within the organization).
