What do I mean by help? They agitate you.  

An agitator in a washing machine helps break down stains and loosen soils, aiding in the processes of making your clothes clean.    Think of what a H.A.T.E.R.’s agitation might be doing to you—breaking down and stripping away the unnecessary.

Whether it provokes your desire to prove naysayers wrong, go against the grain, or move up on a leaderboard, sometimes they provide added motivation.

Lastly, the efforts required.  As with weight lifting to increase strength, you prolong realizing your growth potential if you don’t add weights frequently enough.  You need to put forth more effort, more regularly, to reach your goal.  Again, that agitation and motivation may work to your benefit.

So, don’t hate your haters; remember that all things work together …
