Success Thought of the Day – 7/26/21

Developing relationships has a direct impact on your career growth.  While I believe I was always conscious of this, I became super aware of it during my career when I was seeking my next role.   As an outcome, I developed a system to help me do so with more intent.

I now call it my “Ecosystem Grid.”  Used a few times a year, it helps me identify key relationships and plan authentic development and nurturing.
