Success Thought of the Day – 8/11/21

People don't leave companies; people leave people.

Leadership reminder.

Rarely do you hear a person say they are leaving a company because the benefits package wasn’t rich enough, or they found the logo to be grossly offensive, or the products were inferior.

People typically “run to” or “run from.”  They run to what they believe to be a better opportunity or run from problematic leaders and cultures.

If you are privileged to lead, act as a steward.   Ensure your company is a place people want to run to, develop themselves within, and reside for a while.
