Success Thought of the Day – 9/20/21

Lead on purpose. - James Rosseau, Sr.

Over the past few weeks, I have talked with many leaders expressing fatigue.  It is not surprising! The past two years have called for leaders to learn and act rapidly, use more emotional intelligence, and continually adjust.  We shared many ideas; my contribution was “lead on purpose.”

The way to do that is …

Be purposeful in action.  Focus on doing less, not more.  Mindfully choose Impact over activity.

Second, be grounded in purpose as your foundation –  it is your “why.”   Be less concerned about what was and more focused on delivering your purpose going forward.

Find your passion, find your purpose and find success on your own terms!

Find success on your own terms by discovering your passion!
