During game days, NFL team sidelines are great examples of immersion within a community. Full engagement in the current play, reviewing and planning, caring for others, and ultimately, making each other better.

When we consider players we admire and their accolades, they often attribute their success to their team. If you are engaged in such a community, continue to invest. If not, find or create your community – trust that others are looking to travel in the direction that you are.
