Success Thought of the Day – 12/11/20

A few years ago, while presenting a leadership talk at a conference, I shared a slide that showed eighteen people’s names that helped me along my leadership development journey.  In preparing, I recalled what I learned from each of them, the time they invested, and critical moments that made a difference.  I am grateful for them and can only hope that I can pay it forward.

Help others without expectation of reciprocation.  None of us achieve our goals, particularly BHAGs, through individual efforts alone.
