I find that keeping score can be easy, particularly if we let others build the scorecard. While defining success is harder it is also one of the most transformative parts of our journey. Don’t gloss over it nor accept contemporary definitions as your own without examination. Give your scorecard development the just time it deserves.

Pick your favorite hero. Ask him or her to share their greatest learnings and without a doubt, they will come from the times that things did not work as expected.

What do you want most? Write it down. Review it daily. Make it evident in your actions.
