Today’s podcast guest, Tommy Sardine, brings a unique perspective related to career and opportunity. He shares his career path that’s also been a humanitarian journey of establishing and installing policies within the prison system where they previously did not exist. That’s just one part of his compelling interview.

Tommy is evidence that anyone can start where they are and find a way to get where they want to go. He shares his journey from his beginnings in New York and the unpredictable path to where he is today.

Tommy has held a number of jobs including working with Shirley Chisholm, Dade County, a family bakery and more. A true entrepreneur, Tommy took ownership of every job he held, even when working for others.

The common thread is his willingness to recognize and embrace opportunity. Tommy didn’t always know where the next step would lead, but he was certain that betting on himself would pay off.

You’ll be inspired by his story and the willingness to be a life-long learner. Today he’s leading others and still saying yes to opportunities.

About Tommy:

He began his entrepreneurial career in the network marketing industry. He also owned traditional businesses, a bakery restaurant business on the Island of St. Martin in the Caribbean.

He believes “Success is a Choice” and you never lose, you only learn and get better.
