Success Thought of the Day – 8/19/20

Opportunities are birthed out of addressing a need that people have, and many times people will not express that they have a need, they simply work around it.    Thus, don’t wait to be asked to solve a problem.  Be someone who identifies and takes the initiative to solve problems.

Big problems need big problem solvers and results in significant opportunities realized.

Trust that you are always in a position to help someone.  Even when you’re feeling down, if you reach down, there is someone you could be pulling up.  That act will re-energize you.

Success Thought of the Day – 8/14/20

Material and sustained change starts on the inside.  It is an internal journey followed by an outward expression.

As you endeavor to grow, continuously challenge yourself to look directly at that part of yourself that twitches under examination and demand more.If you know what you are after is worth it, don’t count how many drops it will take to get to your river nor your sea.  Instead, take in everything along the journey!

Success Thought of the Day – 8/12/20

It almost reminds you of the old TV Commercial, “how many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll pop?”  My suggestion is don’t count!

If you know what you are after is worth it, don’t count how many drops it will take to get to your river nor your sea.  Instead, take in everything along the journey!

A moment comes when the true self reveals itself. That moment comes when you are willing to be unconditionally present in the imperfection of this moment. A simple change of attitude; instead of chasing after perfection, you allow a total and profound surrendering to the imperfection of the moment. — Tyohar

Success Thought of the Day – 8/7/20

Moving about without clear goals is similar to wandering through the wilderness without a map or compass.  However, there is good news. Goals can be re-affirmed or established at any time.

Admittedly, there are many things outside of our control.  However, clarity of purpose and aligned goals are not.  Commit to having that clarity in your life.

Principles are enduring, hold fast to them. Core beliefs are grounding, evolve them with discernment. Both act as sound guides through it all.

To lose weight, you create a calorie deficiency. If you consult your doctor, while they will advocate exercise, they will quickly tell you that you cannot “out-exercise” a poor diet with high caloric intake.

The same is true in reaching your goals. More activity alone will not provide the results. Reduce distraction intake, which will increase your on what matters.
