Gratitude helps create connectivity. Research has shown that gratitude sparks the acknowledgment of goodness in our lives and that the source lies at least partially outside of ourselves. As a result, gratitude also helps us connect to something larger than ourselves as individuals.

Faith combined with action is a powerful thing. Quite honestly, I am not sure that anything truly worth it is possible without it, nor impossible with it.
Berry Gordy and others, such as Quincy Jones, were influential to me. Earlier in my music life, I aspired to be “lead,” but I found more joy and natural ability as I helped others find their “voice.” It contributed to a powerful shift as I grew in leadership, increasingly learning how to be in service of others to make an impact.
The Miracles, the Supremes, Marvin Gaye, the Temptations, the Four Tops, Gladys Knight & the Pips, and Stevie Wonder may have never been known without Berry Gordy playing his role.
Consider who this world might miss if you don’t play your role.
