We often tend to rise to high expectations placed upon us by others. Four very powerful words can ignite so much energy … “I Believe in You.” I have seen those words spoken to someone by a person they respect (e.g. a teacher, a leader, a mentor, etc.) and sometimes sparks just fly.
Say them to yourself, often … while driving, looking in the mirror, getting dressed … whenever and wherever. “I Believe in You!” Then, raise your expectations of yourself and go get it!
