For many, this is the end of week three for a new set of inspired goals!   Sometimes, it is around this point, that the excitement begins to wear off a bit.  It’s similar to having purchased that new car and then paying the first note.  New undertakings such as walking into the gym at 5 AM don’t feel quite as inspired as they did during the first week.
