Org charts would better portray leadership inversely printed with the leader at the bottom.
Leadership can be perceived as an authority from a distance. However, in the seat, leadership is serving others, helping them be their best, and collectively achieve the vision.
Either way, you are going to spend time. You can proactively create or reactively unwind and revamp. 🤷🏾♂️
Progress is the result of personal decisions and taking accountability. Placement is an outcome of several factors, many of which are beyond your control. Do your very best and be proud of your progress, regardless of placement.

Consider a setback to be preparation. It is like pulling back an arrow, allowing you to be propelled forward with greater force.
Keep chasing those ideas. Keep defying the conventional. Keep pushing for the change you want to see.
One of my favorite movie scenes occurs during a listening session for a new song in The Temptations movie. Berry Gordy asked a critical question, “would you spend your last ten cents to buy this record?” If people did not say yes, the record wasn’t good enough to present to the world in his mind.
You must have those same types of filters as you develop your business ideas.
“It hasn’t been done before” is only accurate until it is done. Sometimes you just need to be the one to do it.
